Our services

Course design

We conduct training needs analysis and design course architecture, from learning outcomes to assessment, in the methodology your institution uses. The result is a course specification your own staff can build from: outcomes, enabling objectives, assessment strategy, timetable and resource list, mapped to the competency or skills framework you work to.

Course development

We produce and quality-assure complete course suites with the Forge tools, delivered in your templates and to your standards. A suite typically comprises the presentation decks, facilitator guide, learner handbook, assessments and a SCORM package for your learning management system, each checked against its learning objectives before delivery. Existing material can be brought into a new standard without being rebuilt.

Training delivery

We deliver courses in applied AI, security and crisis management, taught by practitioners. Subjects include AI in intelligence analysis and decision support, governed use of AI in defence and government organisations, security training for staff with protective responsibilities, and crisis management for leaders and their teams. Courses are delivered in person or remotely, and we can train your instructors to deliver them.

Exercise design and control

We design, run and review crisis-decision exercises for teams and executives using Crucible. Scenario generation produces the setting, maps, briefs, handouts and a timed schedule of injects; exercise control steers the exercise as it runs; and every session is recorded for replay and debrief, so that a tabletop exercise, a command-post exercise or an executive decision-making event can be repeated and compared.

Questions we are asked

How does a course design engagement start?

With a training needs analysis. We establish who is to be trained, what they must be able to do afterwards, and the standard against which that will be assessed, before any material is written.

Which methodology do you design to?

The one your institution uses. Course architecture, learning outcomes and assessment are written in your methodology and templates, whether that is a systems approach to training or another recognised model.

Do you deliver training courses yourselves?

Yes. We deliver courses in applied AI, security and crisis management, taught by practitioners, in person or remotely, and we can train your own instructors to deliver them.

What does a crisis-decision exercise involve?

A scenario built with Crucible, with maps, briefs, handouts and timed injects; live exercise control that steers the exercise as it runs; and a recorded session for replay, review and debrief.

Can our material stay on our own systems?

Yes. Our tools run in secure cloud, on your infrastructure or fully offline, so restricted material never has to leave your estate.
